"SuperCon RDF" is an RDF version of the datasheets published in this collection based on the SuperCon Ontology (https://doi.org/10.48505/nims.3873). Please refer to the original paper (https://doi.org/10.1080/27660400.2023.2223051) for details on its use. Please contact us for details on the schema and the use of the data as a knowledge base.
