Lysophospholipid robustness analysis for assessment of potential batch effects in sex-stratified muscle metabolomics data

This dataset contains supporting material for a lysophospholipid-specific robustness analysis performed to assess whether sex-stratified metabolomics findings could be influenced by batch effects related to different processing time points for female and male muscle samples. The material includes metabolite concordance metrics comparing original and reprocessed measurements, directionality of diagnosis-associated effects across original and reprocessed data, and paired original-versus-rerun values for the lysophospholipid panel (Table S1) and the raw data in Table S2.
