ECONOMIC ADVANTAGES OF ESTABLISHING POMEGRANATE ORCHARDS UNDER INTENSIVE PRODUCTION SYSTEMS

This thesis provides a comprehensive analysis of the economic advantages of organizing pomegranate orchards using intensive methods. The study examines the theoretical foundations of intensive horticulture, its advantages compared to traditional methods, and its impact on economic efficiency indicators. Furthermore, the research evaluates opportunities to increase the profitability of pomegranate production through the use of modern agrotechnologies, high-yield varieties, and efficient resource utilization. The results indicate that intensively managed pomegranate orchards are characterized by early high yields, reduced production costs, and the ability to produce export-oriented products. The study also develops practical recommendations aimed at improving economic efficiency.
