ZT0-4 TRF on skeletal muscle clock

Skeletal muscle plays a critical role in regulating systemic metabolic homeostasis. However, how dietary timing affects the skeletal muscle clock remain poorly understood. In this study, through the analysis of cycling genes and differentially expressed genes in the skeletal muscle transcriptome, we identified disruptions in the diurnal rhythms of skeletal muscle and insulin resistance induced by ZT0-4 TRF.
