资源简介:
This dataset contains the raw research data supporting the study "Circadian rhythmicity in substance use disorder male patients with and without comorbid depression under ambulatory and therapeutic community treatment".
Study Overview: The data explore the circadian rhythmicity of body temperature and its relationship with comorbid depression and neuropsychological performance in a sample of 80 male patients diagnosed with Substance Use Disorder (SUD). The sample includes individuals under different treatment modalities (ambulatory and therapeutic community).
Key Variables and Measures Included:
Circadian Parameters: Mesor, Amplitude, and Acrophase of body temperature; Interdaily Stability (IS), Intradaily Variability (IV), and Relative Amplitude (RA).
Clinical Assessments: Depression levels measured via the Beck Depression Inventory (BDI) and Hamilton Depression Rating Scale; SUD diagnosis and abstinence duration.
Neuropsychological Performance: Data from the Wisconsin Card Sorting Test (WCST), Trail Making Test (TMT), and Tower of Hanoi.
Personality and Temperament: ZKPQ (Zuckerman-Kuhlman Personality Questionnaire) and TCI (Temperament and Character Inventory) dimensions.
Quality of Life: SF-36 health survey scores.
FAIR Compliance & Open Science: Shared following the FAIR principles and ANECA’s Open Science requirements, this record provides the raw data in an interoperable format (.csv) along with documentation to ensure the transparency and reproducibility of the chronobiological findings in clinical populations.
Anonymization: Direct identifiers have been removed to protect participant privacy in accordance with ethical standards and data protection regulations.
