PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing paper by which necessary wet paper force can be obtained without using chemicals such as a wet paper force enhancing agent， and paper dispersibility in water can also be obtained by allowing the paper to be flushed in a toilet as it is or recycled by waste paper treatment. SOLUTION: A paper of this invention comprises only pulp 3 and cellulose nanofiber 17. The paper is produced by adding cellulose nanofibers to pulp and using no chemicals at all.
