CRISPR Screen Reveals SOX2 as a Critical Regulator of CD133 and Cellular Stress Response in Glioblastoma

Looking for transcriptional differences between CD133 positive brain tumour initiating cells and CD133 negative brain tumour initiating cells and normal neural stem cells. Overall design: Brain tumour initiating cells and normal neural stem cells were grown in vitro. Cells were flow sorted into CD133- and CD133+ populations using a CD133 antibody. Total RNA was isolated from the sorted cells using the QIAGEN RNEasy Kit.
