Severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 Viral Stock Genome sequencing and assembly UW-Madison 07-2021

Here, we deep sequenced multiple challenge stocks of SARS-CoV-2 that were derived from samples collected by University of Wisconsin Healthcare group in Dane county, Wisconsin. One of the stock seeds was collected by NIID in Japan. The vRNA of these stocks were isolated in duplicate using the ARTIC protocol and prepped to be sequenced on a Illumina MiSeq by using a Truseq Library prep kit.
