Studies have shown there is a correlation between wheat drought tolerance ana ABA tolerance. we select JM47 (the wheat variety resistant to ABA stress )and ZM366(intolerance to ABA strsess) treated with water and ABA stress(15um/L ), Each tretment with 3 reception.We sequenced a total of 24 samples.After quality control,go enrichment analysis and cluster analysis were used to get the differential gene.
