Next Generation Sequencing Analysis of Wild Type and cGAS-/- BMDC infected with MVA or MVAΔE5R

Based on RNA-seq technology, we studies gene expression profiles in BMDC before and after MVA or MVAΔE5R infection. We identified genes which expression dependent on cGAS comparing WT and cGAS-/- cells after MVA infection. The difference genes bewteen MVA and MVAΔ5R were also identified. BMDC cells siolated from WT or cGAS-/- mice were infected with MVA or MVAΔE5R at MOI 10 for 6 h.
