Raw data for manuscript Lydia J. Bachmann et al., Coherent X‑ray Diffraction Imaging of a Twinned PtRh Catalyst Nanoparticle under Operando Conditions

SEM, AFM and SAM: SEM-P2_05_BeforeESRF.tif and SEM-P2_05_13_AfterESRF.tif are the SEM images before and after the in situ CXDI experiment. P2_05_0000.0_00007_AFM_beforeERF.spm and P2_05.0_00024_AFM_afterESRF.spm are the raw files of the AFM topographic images before and after the in situ CXDI experiment. P2-05.006_SAM.map contains the raw data of the scanning Auger microscopy map taken after the in situ CXDI experiment. CXDI datasets: The file “Table_of_Datasets.pdf” contains a list of all CXDI datasets collected during the ESRF beamtime at beamline ID01 along with information on the subfolders at https://doi.esrf.fr/10.15151/ESRF-ES-561456851, where the data is stored that is used for the manuscript.
