BIPV Facades Dataset (v1.0.0)

This release presents the BIPV Facades Dataset, a curated collection of 400 architectural projects that feature Building-Integrated Photovoltaic (BIPV) facade systems. The dataset includes detailed attributes for each project, such as geographical location, construction year, building function, photovoltaic technology, module design characteristics (color, texture, transparency, shape), and architectural integration strategies. A complementary Python notebook is provided to support exploratory data analysis, enabling users to investigate numerical trends, categorical distributions, spatial patterns, and temporal evolutions within the dataset. All geolocation data has been anonymized to respect privacy and confidentiality. This dataset aims to support research in sustainable architecture, photovoltaic integration, and building technology, and is intended for academic and educational use. Note: This version (v1.0.0) includes only categorical and numerical project attributes. Future releases will expand the dataset with image data.
