3D Investigation and Modeling of the Geometric Effects on Porosity in Packed Beds - Supplementary Material

The given datasets are the Supplementary Material to the paper "3D Investigation and Modeling of the Geometric Effects on Porosity in Packed Beds", submitted to AIChE Journal. All ZIP files contain reconstructed image files of packed beds, that are obtained via a Micro Computed Tomography Scanner (Skyscan 1275) and subsequent reconstruction (NRecon, FDK algorithm). The associated binary image files after a watershed transformation (Dragonfly ORS) are also provided in the datasets. The code to analyse the datasets regarding the geometric effects on porosity profiles in packed beds are given in https://github.com/BasOld/3DInvestigationOfGeometricEffectsOnPorosityInPackedBeds. When running the code on the image datasets, the data which is given in Porosity.xlsx is generated.
