Single-cell RNA-sequencing data of microfluidic spinal cord-like structures

We analysed scRNA-seq data in human pluripotent stem cell-derived embryonic spinal cord model. This in vitro system recapitulates some key aspects of spinal cord DV patterning as well as neural crest migration. Overall design: scRNA-seq was performed on dissociated cells from microfluidic spinal cord-like structures at day 12.
