Gene expression profile at the single cell level of hematopoietic stem/progenitor cells (HSPCs) derived from iPSC at day 12 of differentiation; and from erythroid cultures derived from HS/PC-iPSC at day 4 (ATAC-Seq)

Myelodisplastic syndromes are a oligoclonal disease starting at the level of the stem/progenitor compartment. We use ATACseq to determine changes in chromating landscape between MDS low and high risk samples. iPSC were differentiated for 14 days towards HSPCs using StemDiff Hematopietiese media. Cells were collected and sorted based on CD34+/CD45+ staining. 50,000 sorted cells were used for ATAC-seq.
