Main dataset from Shaker et al. 2026

Main dataset from Shaker et al. 2026 Companion code located at https://github.com/jshaker6/shaker-et-al-2026. This dataset contains both spiking and behavioral data. Spiking data is provided after spike sorting. Anatomical registration and quality metrics are included for each cluster. Behavioral data includes wheel turn choices, stimulus information, pupil position, and face video motion energy SVD. Detailed information about the files provided can be found in the included readme.
