The plant database of Taipei Botanical Garden

The dataset describes the reocrds of the plant materials of Taipei Botanical Garden. Since 2008, Taipei Botanical Garden has developed the database system "Botanical Garden Information Platform (BGIP)" (http://bgip.tfri.gov.tw) based on the design concept and data fields of the international botanical garden management system softwares. Base on this system, we gradually establish and complete accession data of the Taipei Botanical Garden collection, from the workflow of collecting - nursering - planting and other processes steps, which will be the basic information of the plant exhibition and related research works. This dataset is the subset about planting information which is exported by the API from the database of BGIP, including 3 tables of plant accession information, plant growth observation records, and plant growth location transfering records. 本資料集描述林業試驗所台北植物園內，於園區內所栽植並完成栽植紀錄登錄的展示植栽資料。台北植物園自2008年開始，以國際上流通用之植物園管理系統軟體之設計理念及資料欄位為基礎，自行開發資料庫登錄系統「植物園網絡平台」(Botanical Garden Information Platform)(http://bgip.tfri.gov.tw)，並藉由此一系統，逐步收集並建立台北植物園植栽自入園-蒐藏-育苗-出栽等流程之作業資料，作為園區植栽展示及研究之基礎資訊。本資料集即為由植物園網絡平台，透過API所匯出之園區植栽資料。共有3張表格，包括植栽採集入園資料、植栽生長觀察紀錄，以及植栽移植紀錄。
