HVD — Orthometry

The topic of Orthoimagery (Orthoimagery) is a high value dataset (HVD). This follows from Directive (EU) 2019/1024 of the European Parliament and of the Council on open data and the re-use of public sector information and its implementing regulation, which defines specifically HVD. The data model of this HVD dataset is identical to the INSPIRE data model for the Orthoimagery theme.正射影像（Orthoimagery）主题属于高价值数据集（High Value Dataset，缩写HVD）。该数据集的分类遵循欧盟议会与理事会发布的《关于开放数据及公共部门信息再利用的第2019/1024号指令》及其实施条例，该文件专门对高价值数据集作出了明确定义。本高价值数据集的数据模型与针对正射影像主题的欧洲空间信息基础设施（INSPIRE）数据模型完全一致。
