To assess the effect of TAF4 and MED15 on YAP/TAZ genome wide transcription activity, we performed RNA-seq in H1299 cell with TAF4 RNAi, YAP/TAZ RNAi or MED15 knock out. To assess the effect of YAP TAD domain on target genes expression, we perform RNA-seq in TDCL YAP TAD-/-TAZ-/- cell.To determine the role of TAF4 and MED15 on YAP transcriptional initiation and elongation, we performed the cut&tag analysis of Pol II loading in TAF4, MED15 or YAP/TAZ knockdown cells.
