资源简介:
This dataset contains Raman and Fourier-Transform Infrared (FTIR) spectroscopic data acquired from human brain endothelial cells HBEC-5i cultured for 24h under hypoxic (1% O₂) and normoxic conditions. Generated as part of a study investigating the molecular adaptations of cells to hypoxia—a key process in many neurodegenerative diseases—the data provide vibrational spectra capturing the unique molecular fingerprints of proteins, lipids, and nucleic acids at the single-cell level. The dataset serves as a comprehensive resource for ensuring the reproducibility of the results presented in the associated publication. It includes raw and processed spectroscopic data, detailed analyses, and metadata necessary for recreating the experimental setup and findings. Additionally, the dataset contains resources for generating figures featured in the publication, making it an essential tool for validating findings and performing further analyses. Most data is provided in widely accessible formats, facilitating integration into various analytical workflows and promoting broad usability across disciplines. This research was funded by the National Science Centre NCN (DEC-2021/41/B/ST4/02000).
