Parallel evolution of high-level aminoglycoside resistance in Escherichia coli under low and high mutation supply rates

Here we use experimental evolution to explore the mutational pathways toward aminoglycoside resistance, using gentamicin as a model, under low and high mutation supply rates (Escherichia coli).
