16S rRNA gene sequencing of the chicken eggshell and intestinal tract

The objective of this study was to determine the impact of microbial communities on the eggshell and in the environment on the establishment of and successional processes in the chicken intestinal tract. The V4 region of the 16S rRNA gene was amplified to determine community composition of birds exposed to only eggshell microbiota, only environmental microbiota, and birds exposed to both.

本研究旨在探讨微生物群落对蛋壳及其在环境中的影响，如何作用于鸡肠道生态系统的建立与演替过程。通过扩增16S rRNA基因的V4区域，以确定仅暴露于蛋壳微生物群落的鸟类、仅暴露于环境微生物群落的鸟类，以及同时暴露于两者之下的鸟类微生物群落组成。
