Reproducibility materials for A Knowledge-Engineered Explainable Expert System for Hard-Coating Selection and Information Acquisition

This record contains the versioned case records, complete Python source, fixed seeds, generated CSV outputs, machine-readable expert-system traces, and SHA-256 replay audit required to reproduce the calculations reported in the manuscript entitled A Knowledge-Engineered Explainable Expert System for Hard-Coating Selection and Information Acquisition. The three hard-coating cases use numerical values transcribed from the cited public literature. The archive does not reproduce the original coating experiments. Its design and holdout states arise from the same declared generative model and provide internal computational validation rather than external experimental, expert-panel, end-user, or field validation.
