Zipped folder containing virtual models (in .STL format) of theoretical ectocochleate cephalopods (oxycone, serpenticone, sphaerocone, and morphospace center). There are four components of each model used in hydrostatic calculations: 1) shell, 2) chambers (camerae), 3) soft body, and 4) water displaced. Each near-endmember morphotype has two versions: 1) Body chamber lengths allowing neutral buoyancy with <em>Nautilus</em>-like chamber liquid (~12%), and 2) Body chamber lengths of the representative specimens used to build the models (<em>Sphenodiscus </em>for oxycone, <em>Dactylioceras </em>for serpenticone, and <em>Goniatites </em>for sphaerocone).
