该数据为各类工具在不同磨损状态下的标注信息集合,涵盖扳手、螺丝刀、刀具、齿轮、轴承等 20 + 类常用工具的磨损样本。通过高精度图像采集与磨损特征数据记录,标注工具的磨损程度(如轻度磨损、中度磨损、重度磨损)及关键磨损特征(如划痕深度、变形量、裂纹长度等),用于训练工具磨损程度评估模型识别工具的磨损状态,为工具的维护保养、更换周期制定提供数据支撑。
This dataset is a labeled information collection of various tools under different wear states, covering wear samples of over 20 types of commonly used tools including wrenches, screwdrivers, cutting tools, gears, and bearings. Through high-precision image acquisition and wear feature data recording, it annotates the wear severity of the tools (e.g., mild wear, moderate wear, severe wear) and key wear characteristics such as scratch depth, deformation magnitude, crack length, etc. This dataset is designed to train tool wear evaluation models to identify tool wear conditions, providing data support for tool maintenance, replacement cycle formulation and related work.
