Environmental communities from Lake Dziani Dzaha - Microbiome spatiotemporal monitoring (Mayotte) Raw sequence reads

The effects of geological stresses on microbiome compositionand stability remain poorly explored. Here, we monitored the archaeal, bacterial and microeukaryotescommunity structure over an 8-years period in Lake Dziani Dzaha (Comoros archipelago), thatexperienced a major earthquake swarm mid-survey, providing a rare opportunity to investigate theaftermaths of seismo-volcanic events on microbiome.
