资源简介:
Characterization of the bacterial communities that associate with heat-evolved and wild-type Cladocopium C1acro (Symbiodiniaceae - coral photosymbionts). Heat-evolved strains were kept at elevated temperature (31C) for around 10 years, while wild-type strains were kept at ambient temperature (26C). Bacterial communities were analyzed in three different fractions, loosely associated (planktonic bacteria), closely associated (intracellular and tightly attached to the cell wall), and intracellular. Our results show that bacterial communities of all fractions have changed under experimental evolution of Symbiodiniaceae strains.
