Native PAGE results, Supplementary Fig. 4b,c

This native PAGE assay is to evalute the photo-induced concentration changes of the single-SE motifs (dimer or monomer) under UV and visible light (Vis), Supplementary Fig. 4b,cUnder 'PAGE' folder, there are three sets of the imaged gel sheets (n = 3), one of which appears in Supplementary Fig. 4b.These images were analyzed by imageJ to generate .csv files ('*_new.csv') that contain the measured band fluorescence intensities (n = 3) for different azobenzene insertion sites (1x7, 3x5, 2x1x5) with control (no azo).Python script ('*.py') generates the bar plots of the evaluated concentrations for the monomer and dimers.
