This dataset provides the complete confocal microscopy images corresponding to Figure 7c of the manuscript Biocompatible decarboxylative coupling enabled by N-hydroxynaphthalimide esters. HUVEC cells were treated with NHNI ester 3 and silyl enol ether 4, followed by blue LED irradiation (0–15 min). Three independent experiments were performed, and all raw images (fluorescence, brightfield, and merged) are included.
