TxDOT Top 100 Congested Roadways

Each year, the Transportation Planning and Programming (TPP) Division of the Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT) contracts with Texas A&M Transportation Institute (TTI) to identify and rank the most congested roadways in the state. Nearly 2,200 route segments are provided to TTI and combined with speed and traffic data for the analysis. The top 100 are ranked and included in this dataset.
