Rice imported from extra EU countries by Italy 2007-2023

Between 2007 and 2023, the amount of milled rice imported by Italy from extra EU countries was affected by both positive and negative trends. Over the considered period, rice imports reached their highest peak in 2021/22 with over 243,000 tons, while the lowest value was reported in 2009/10 with nearly 48,000 tons imported from extra EU-countries.
