Avian infectious bronchitis virus (IBV), a highly pathogenic gammacoronavirus, causes severe respiratory and urogenital system disease in chickens, resulting in huge economic losses in global poultry production. This study employs transcriptomics analysis to comprehensively examine host transcriptional alterations induced by IBV infection and reveals the regulatory mechanism of metabolic hijacking.
