LoRa RSSI Fingerprint Dataset for Multi-Floor Indoor Positioning (LoRa-MFIP)

This dataset contains 13,900 LoRa RSSI fingerprints collected on six floors (3F–8F) of an eight-story reinforced-concrete university building. Four LoRa transmitters (E220-900T22S(JP), 920.6 MHz, 13 dBm, SF7, BW 125 kHz) were installed on the 3rd, 4th, 7th, and 8th floors. A receiver mounted on a cart recorded 50 samples at each of 278 reference points defined on a single coordinate system shared by all floors, over 10 measurement sessions between 15 May and 25 June 2026. Each row provides the reference point coordinates (x, y, floor), a sample index, session metadata, and the RSSI of the four transmitters; undetected transmitters are left empty. The multi-floor coverage of sub-GHz LoRa signals makes the dataset applicable to 3D indoor positioning and floor classification.
