Raw Oxford NanoPore MinION data (fast5 format) for two fungal species (Isaria sinclairii and Mycelia sterilia), published in: Brand et al. 2026: "Evolution, structure and function of the biosynthetic gene cluster of myriocin, a potent inhibitory sphingolipid" (https://doi.org/10.21203/rs.3.rs-6881806/v1). All data is from one R9.4 flowcell (MIN-FLO106), prior to demultiplexing and basecalling. It contains the following four ONT barcodes (see barcodes.txt): barcodes 05 and 07: Isaria sinclairii barcodes 06 and 08: Mycelia sterilia Barcodes 05 and 06 were from Ampure-XP size-selected libraries and comprise almost all the data. Barcodes 07 and 08 were BluePippin size-selected and comprise a small amount of additional data. In the original publication, the raw data were processed in ALBACORE 2.3.1 and PORECHOP 0.2.3 before genome assembly.
