资源简介:
Transcriptomic data for 48 hours post-fertilization (hpf) wildtype zebrafish developmentally exposed to 15 PFAS, and for 48, 72, and 96 hpf wildtype zebrafish developmentally exposed to nafion byproduct 2. Three separate experiments: A (Control-A compared to PFAS 1, 3, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13), B (Control-B compared to PFAS 2, 4, 14, 15), and C (Control-C compared to nafion byproduct 2 across developmental stages; s071-100). In all experiments, wildtype zebrafish embryos were statically exposed to PFAS beginning at 6 hours post-fertilization (hpf) until the sampling timepoint, when samples were extracted (Direct-zol RNA MiniPrep kit; Zymo) and processed through library prep (Lexogen QuantSeq 3' mRNA-seq FWD) and sequencing on an Illumina NextSeq 2000 (100 bp single end). For experiments A and B, all samples were collected at 48 hpf and each sample was split between two sequencing runs. Experimental Design for A consisted of controls and treated samples being collected across multiple days with intentional temporal variation, whereas B consisted of controls and treated samples all collected on a single day. For experiment C, samples were collected at 48, 72, and 96 hpf.
