mean_stimulus_response_df_image_name_pref_excludes_omitted_events.h5

dataframe containing the average response for all neurons in the dataset for each stimulus condition (8 natural scene images and image omissions). The 'pref_stim' column indicates which image evoked the largest response for that cell (not including the omission condition). Additional metadata includes the mean response in a 500ms window after stimulus or omission onset, the fraction of trials with a significant response for that condition, the transgenic mouse line used, and the visual area, depth and image set for each recorded neuron. Responses are reported as deconvolved calcium events in a [-0.5, 0.75] second window around the stimulus or omission time. <br>
