Using nanopore sequencing to generate metagenomic data that can be used to study the microbiome of the soil of the diseased mango tree in Egyptian Farm. Since Dieback is caused by multiple causing microorganisms, metagenomic approach is a suitable option in order to study the variety of organisms present in diseased soil.
