We uncovered an essential role of radiationtherapy (RT)-activated lung residential Scgb1a1+ club cells in synergizing efficacy of immuno-checkpoint inhibitors. We explored the mechanisms underlying RT by analyzing the differentially-regulated genes in tumor micro-environment. Overall design: mRNA profiling of bulk HKP1-bearing lungs which received different does of RT with or without anti-PD-1 antibody. Each sample was pooled from 3-4 mice, 5-6 samples/RT dose.
