the calculated apparent Gibbs free energies of nucleosides 1-24 and

the implementation of these values for the calculation of equilibrium conversions of nucleosides 1-24 with variable (adjustable) reaction conditions (concentrations of the nucleoside, phosphate and reaction temperature).
