MHC-II (-/-) mice expressing HLA DRB1*15:01 were immunized with a-synuclein32-46. Data includes three conditions: isotype control, anti-CD4, and anti-CD8 T cell depleting antibodies. Enteric neuron (ANNA1+), macrophage density (IBA1+), tyrosine hydroxylase (TH+) neuron, TH+ area and mean fluorescence intensity in the myenteric and submucosal plexus of the ileum were quantified.
