Disease prevalence, host traits and interaction network data

Excel file with 7 data sheets: 1)Disease prevalence. It contains the overall prevalence of anther-smut disease across five host species. 2)Flowering phenology_population. It recorded seasonal flowering dynamics and shift of proportion of flowering plants that were diseased across species. 3)Flowering duration_individual. Flowering duration of individual marked plants was measured as the within-season interval from first to last flowering observation.4) Floral traits. Several floral traits of healthy and diseased plants were measured, in order to reveal floral manipulation by anther-smut disease. 5)Plant traits. Three traits of healthy and diseased plants were measured. 6)Plant-fungus matrix. "1" in each cell indicates the presence of interaction between two taxa, while "0" indicates the absence of of interaction between two taxa. 7)Plant-pollinator matrix. The "1" and "0" respectively has the same mean as in the plant-fungus matrix noted above.
