Castillo de San Fernando. Situado en el monte Tossal en la ciudad de Alicante, se trata de un castillo artillero de inicios del siglo XIX que tenia como objetivo ayudar a la defensa de la ciudad con motivo de la invasión napoleonica. Debido a que la ciudad no fue invadida la fotificación no llego a ser utilizada y a lo largo de su historia a tenido otros usos, entre ellos el de prisión. Castle of San Fernando. Located on Mount Tossal in the city of Alicante, it is a castle artillery from the early nineteenth century that had as its objective to help the defense of the city on the occasion of the Napoleonic invasion.
