FLAME-RETARDANT COMPOSITION FOR MANUFACTURING FUNCTIONAL， ECO-FRIENDLY PARTICLE BOARD AND PREPARATION METHOD THEREFOR

Disclosed is a composition for manufacturing an eco-friendly functional particle board. More particularly， a composition for manufacturing an eco-friendly functional particle board including water， a melamine resin， a flame retardant， an auxiliary flame retardant， a smoke suppressant， a particle-board strength reinforcing agent， a desiccant， an antibacterial agent， a coupling agent， a preservative， and a penetrant is provided. It was confirmed that an eco-friendly functional particle board manufactured using the composition of the present disclosure had excellent antibacterial activity， fungal resistance， flame retardancy， bactericidal properties， improved odors， tensile strength， burst strength， and flexural strength and exhibited a remarkably reduced volatile organic compound emissions.
