Whole-genome sequencing of experimentally co-evolved populations in order to identify signatures of host-pathogen co-adaptation. Caenorhabditis elegans populations (the host) and Bacillus thuringiensis (the pathogen) were experimentally coevolved for 23 host generations. 6 pairs of host and pathogen populations were sequenced after host generation 12 and 22 (biological replicates, coevolution treatment). In addition, 6 host control populations and 6 pathogen control lines were sequenced at host generation 12 and 22 (biological replicates, control). The starting material for the experiment was also sequenced using 6 technical replicates.
