MHIST 组织病理学图像数据集

MHIST 全称 Minimalist Histopathology image analysis dataset，是一个二元分类图像数据集。该数据集包含 3,152 张固定尺寸的结直肠息肉图像，每张图像的 gold-standard 标注由 7 名胃肠道病理学家用多数票确定。 MHIST 还包括每张图像的注释者同意程度。作为一个最简数据集，该数据集占用的磁盘空间不到 400MB 。 ResNet-18 基线在 NVIDIA RTX 3090 上使用 3.5 GB 内存只需 6 分钟就可以在 MHIST 上进行收敛训练。

MHIST, whose full name is Minimalist Histopathology Image Analysis Dataset, is a binary classification image dataset. This dataset consists of 3,152 fixed-size colorectal polyp images, and the gold-standard annotations for each image were determined via majority voting by seven gastrointestinal pathologists. MHIST also provides the inter-annotator agreement level for every image. As a minimalist dataset, it occupies less than 400 MB of disk space. The ResNet-18 baseline model can complete convergent training on MHIST in just 6 minutes on an NVIDIA RTX 3090 with only 3.5 GB of memory usage.
