Circular RNA circFAM208A promotes invasion and metastasis in ovarian carcinoma via regulating VSIG4 mediated by miR-501-5p

In this study, we obtained the comprehensive expression profile of circRNAs in OC cell lines using RNA sequencing (RNA-Seq) and screened a circular RNA derived from FAM208A as well as termed circFAM208A. We then reported circFAM208A acted as a tumor promoter to drive invasion and migration capabilities of OC cells via upregulating miR-501-5p-mediated VSIG4, soughting to clarify the intricate regulatory mechanism of OC progression.
