Enriched Shotgun Metagenome of Sheeps (Ovis aries) and goats (Capra hircus)

This study aims to investigate the microbial community of strict anaerobes from 9 sites of gastrointestinal tract in sheeps (Ovis aries) and goats (Capra hircus) together which where enriched on modified Hungate medium in laboratory conditions. Utilizing a metagenomic approach, the research seeks to understand diversity of anaerobic community along with unculturable organisms in various sites of gastrointestinal tract, functional genes to generate MAGs by using binning approach.
