Single-cell RNA sequencing (scRNA-seq) dataset of murine infarcted hearts treated with siENO1 nanoparticles

This dataset provides the fully processed single-cell RNA-sequencing (scRNA-seq) expression matrices of murine infarcted heart tissues at day 7 post-myocardial infarction (MI). The dataset comprises three biological samples: one control MI sample (MI+siNC-PECS) and two biological replicates treated with siENO1@PECS nanoparticles (MI+siENO1-PECS-1, MI+siENO1-PECS-2). The compressed file (.zip) contains three subdirectories, each providing the standard CellRanger output formats (barcodes.tsv, features.tsv, and matrix.mtx) necessary for downstream integration and analysis.
