12 wild diploid Fragaria resources representing eight species, including Fragaria vesca, Fragaria nilgerrensis, Fragaria viridis, Fragaria nubicola, Fragaria pentaphylla, Fragaria mandshurica, Fragaria chinensis, and Fragaria emeiensis were subjected to transcriptome sequencing using the Illumina platform. Three biological replicates were set for each resource. These transcriptome data aim to reveal the gene expression mechanisms of diploid wild strawberry fruits, providing important data resources for exploring the molecular mechanisms of diploid wild strawberries.
