Gene Expression Changes Induced by YTHDC1 knockdown in triple-negative breast cancer cells

To investigate the role of YTHDC1 in triple-negative breast cancer, we performed YTHDC1 knockdown in triple-negative breast cancer cell lines MDA-MB-231 and Hs578T, followed by transcriptome sequencing using next-generation sequencing technology. Overall design: We randomly divided MDA-MB-231 and Hs578T cells into two groups, each comprising three replicate samples. One group was treated with siYTHDC1, while the other received siNC treatment as the control group. Following successful knockdown of YTHDC1, total RNA was extracted using the Trizol method. After RNA quality control, transcriptome sequencing was performed.
